Power Core Combiners Skyburst reviewed

The Power Core Combiners have been unleashed in stores everywhere, including five packs with one "Commander" figure and four vehicles that combine with them. BWTF has reviewed one of the first of these five packs: Skyburst with Aerialbot drones!

BWTF launches its Power Core Combiners section with its first review: Huffer!

June 2010 saw the release of a new line of Transformers figures: Power Core Combiners. Paired with Mini-Cons and with a fleet of vehicles at their command, Transformers now merge with these partners to wage war on a whole new level! Check out my first Power Core Combiner review: Huffer!

Classics Legends Class Bumblebee reviewed

You read right. Back in 2007 as the "Classics" toy line was winding down a small assortment of Legends Class redeco figures were released as new incarnations of several G1 characters. Among them was Bumblebee, a redeco of Cybertron Hot Shot. This piece was fairly limited so I am happy to be able to bring you a review. You can read this review in the Classics Toy Review section.

Botcon 2010 Timelines Breakdown reviewed

Botcon 2010 has come and passed, now BWTF gets a chance to review the cool exclusive figures found at the convention! First up is an iconic piece: Breakdown in the original Generation 2 colors. Using colors like pink and teal, this figure exemplifies what was great and wacky during the early 90's.

June 25th

BWTF begins its Botcon 2010 coverage (Updated with Saturday coverage)

Botcon 2010 has kicked off! Pre-registration has begun, families have begun to visit nearby Disneyworld and bar tabs everywhere have gone up exponentially. Meanwhile, BWTF has posted over 150 pictures from the Hasbro disply as well as images of the Botcon exclusives on one of the neat play tables set up at the Hasbro area. Check out the album here! More images will be added during the weekend.

Update: Sorry about the server issues earlier, all should be okay now. I've put up some coverage of the convention panels from today here. The coverage will continue on as the weekend goes along.

Update: Botcon 2011 will be at the Pasadena Convention Center, returning to where it took place last year! Set shortly before "Transformers 3" opens, this will take place June 2-5!
