Kansas City Star interviews "Revenge of the Fallen" actress Megan Fox

The Kansas City Star has posted an interview with Megan Fox, who portrays Mikaela Banes in "Transformers" and this summer's sequel "Revenge of the Fallen". Fox discusses women and their portrayal in movies and her own image. She also talks about her upcoming role in "Jonah Hex", a film based on the DC Comics character of the same name. Megan Fox isn't the only key female character in "Revenge of the Fallen". The "Transformers" sequel introduces Alice, a potential love interest for Sam. The Australian actress was cast after being on the HBO series "The Pacific", due next year. It was Spielberg himself who suggested her for the role. Despite rumors to the contrary, she insists she and costar Shia LaBeouf are not romantically linked. "She laughs off the rumor, and insists LaBeouf is nothing more than a friend." the article states.

Memo indicates Bay's unhappiness with Paramount marketing efforts

Recently leaked emails indicate that "Revenge of the Fallen" director Michael Bay was not 100% pleased with the way "Revenge of the Fallen" has been treated by Paramount. The leaked memo dated May 4th indicated Bay's dismay with the studio handling of the marketing efforts for "Revenge of the Fallen".
