New 5 Star bots this week!
Yes, you heard right. It’s not just a teaser or preview, these badass bots will receive their well-deserved 5 Star versions right along with the 5-Star Shard event this weekend:
Alpha Trion Prime Core
Next in our series of Prime Cores is the Alpha Trion Core, and below you can see an exclusive preview of it:
Learn more about this new Prime Core on Twitch, Thursday, May 17 @4pm UTC.
Together with the increase of alliance war rewards and the introduction of Premium Crystal Shards to their reward pool, we also added a new cooldown that caused some questions. When entering into an alliance war, there will soon be a limitation that does not let you enter another alliance war for a certain time.
Here’s a quick Q&A around this new functionality:
Q: Who does this apply to?
A: Everyone who is in an alliance when an alliance war starts.
Q: How long is the cooldown?
A: Exactly 16 hours.
Q: When does the cooldown start?
A: At the same time when the alliance war starts.
Q: So if I leave my alliance 16 hours after we start a war, I can immediately join a different one in another alliance?
A: Yes, absolutely.
In other news, opening a Power Core Chip now has better chances of containing Gold or Silver Cores! And when rewarding Bronze Cores, you will now get 3 instead of just 1.
Note: you will be shown 1 Bronze Core due to a display error, but you will receive 3 into your inventory.
Here is the issue reported that we've been investigating:
Vector Prime Error
In very rare occasions, using the Vector Prime Core causes error 902945288 or error 902939103 which crashes the game.
We are still investigating an issue with the use of Inspiring Charge and hope to have this resolved soon.
Power Core Fusing
Scrolling through your list of Power Cores while fusing should no longer randomly select some of them.
These are just examples of the reports that we've received from you and we continue to work hard to improve your experience with the game every day.
We would like to thank you for your time and patience, and if you have any issues to report, please get in touch with us here: VIP@transformersearthwars.com. Alternatively, you can reach out to us in game via Menu > Community > Contact Support.
