Toy News: Possible New World's Smallest Transformers Coming in 2020

Years ago Takara released several tiny Transformers figures that could actually transform. These "World's Smallest Transformers" featured several G1 characters including Optimus Prime and Bumblebee. However, the figures would not pass United States safety tests, so Japan remained the only place to obtain "World's Smallest" Transformers for a long time.

Now, thanks to Instagram user juegosjuguetesycoleccionables there will be new "World's Smallest" Transformers coming in the future! The photo embedded below appears to show Bumblebee and Starscream figures that will be included in the "World's Smallest" toy line by Super Impulse. These appear to be non-transformable figures. Super Impulse already produces classic toys in "World's Smallest" form including the UNO card game, "My Little Pony" and "Lite Brite".

For now, take this news with a grain of salt since we do not have much information on just where this photo was taken and there has been no official announcement from Super Impulse just yet.
