Movie News: "Transformers Age of Extinction" reaches $1 billion at the box office

Though critically panned, "Age of Extinction" has managed to earn over one billion dollars worldwide! The fourth film in the series has so far earned the lowest domestic take of all the live action "Transformers" movies thus far ($241,206,987 to date) . The highest was "Revenge of the Fallen" at $402,111,870 domestic. However, its international take has been $763,800,000 to date. This comes close to the international box office for "Dark of the Moon" at $771,403,536.
