Since the days of Generation One Dinobots have been one of the most beloved parts of the "Transformers" toy line. At key points in the history of the toy line, Dinobots were given their own sub-lines of figures. This section focuses on reviews of those Transformers who have the honor of bearing the name "Dinobot".

This past week Super 7 and Target posted pre-orders for two new exclusive ReAction figures. Both figures are redecos of the Optimus Prime and Megatron figures in gold, based on their appearance in from the G1 episode "The Golden Lagoon". Each figure was $17.99 and they are due out February 6, 2022. Pre-orders sold out in a day, but it is likely these will be on shelf in Target stores like previous Super 7 figures. Once upon a time he was Beast Wars Megatron's most loyal warrior.  In another timeline he is one of many troops who guard the Predacon base.  Either way Scorponok is part of the Beast Wars inspired Kingdom era!  Check out my review and gallery of this Deluxe Class figure from the Generations line.

Adding to the recent bunch of new Cyberverse product releases, Best Buy has posted a listing for "Wheelgrim", a Combiner featuring Cyberverse Wheeljack and Grimlock.  This is an interesting combination since in G1 cartoon lore Wheeljack was one of the characters who helped to build the Dinobots.  Check out the official product description and

Without any official announcement, Kingdom Wave 4 news has been trickling out over the past few days thanks to online listings by Amazon. You can pre-order this wave now on BigBadToyStore.

The fourth release in the "Golden Disk" series has been revealed! This time out it is the Predacon Terrorsaur! This power hungry character was one of the few to stand up to Megatron in the Beast Wars series before his unceremonious death in the second season. This version of the character imagines a different fate where the lava did not kill him but instead enhances his power!

The fourth wave of Kingdom Deluxe Class figures has been a bit of an oddity. Unlike past waves which received some level of promotion (even if it was just from retailer listings and newsletters) this wave was first hinted at back in July but to date there has been no official announcement. However, retailers have begun listing the wave for pre-orders.
