Thanks to James Roberts and Simon Furman on Twitter we have several preview images of the upcoming "Transformers Rarities" comic scheduled to be released on August 3, 2022.  According to Previews the title is:

Rumors have been circulating for a while that IDW Publishing would be losing the license to publish Transformers comic books some time in 2022. First speculated by Bleeding Cool, we now have official confirmation of this thanks to The Hollywood Reporter.
