The annual Walmart Collector Con event is returning this week! Pre-orders will begin on Thursday, March 19 at 10AM ET. Previously Walmart revealed that Retro G1 Outback and Wheelie would be part of this event. At Toy Fair 2026, it was revealed two additional figures would be up for preorder during this event: Breakaway and Star Eagle! Check out the official product info and images below:
It's that time of year again as Wal-Mart Collector Con returns from October 9-10! Like last year, Hasbro will be releasing two exclusive Transformers using "Retro G1" style packaging with modern day versions of G1 characters. Hot on the heels of the reveal of Retro G1-Inspired Seaspray, Walmart has posted a listing for another Retro G1-Inspired figure: Brawn! Taking inspiration from the G1 themed packaging, this figure is a redeco and retool of Studio Series 86 Brawn featuring a toy-based head sculpt! Walmart Collector Con is coming this Friday (October 13th) and with it will be several Transformers exclusives! One is the Retro The Transformers: The Movie Perceptor (which already sold out on Pulse) and the other two are 40th Anniversary releases of Soundwave and Blaster! Hasbro Pulse and Walmart have posted official images and product information for the next wave of Retro G1 figures featuring G1 sculpts with decos inspired by the 1986 animated film. This wave is particularly exciting as it features Hound, a G1 sculpt that has only seen limited reissues in the past couple decades.
Walmart Collector Con 2023 has begun! Several Transformers exclusives are being offered this year including new Retro G1 figures and a new capsule program based around the character of Toxitron!
