Takara Tomy has posted its official listing for MPG-17 Optimus Prime on Takara Tomy Mall. This stylized version of G1 Optimus Prime comes with accessories that pay homage to both the G1 and live action movie versions of the character. Much to the surprise of many fans, Hasbro Pulse and Target both posted listings today for the Studio Series MTMTE Collection Deluxe Class Transformers: Devastation Ground Soldier and Elite Seeker. These are the troop builders from Transformers Devastation originally revealed at Toy Fair 2025. The set is a Target exclusive (hence the "MTMTE Collection" designation) but a limited number were available on Hasbro Pulse (but sold out very quickly). First hinted at last year, Takara Tomy has posted listings that reveal their upcoming Transformers toy line: Wild King! This series focuses on beast-Transformers that can combine with their respective leaders to form Combiners through the "Wild-ocking" process. The series is due to be released on April 26, 2025 accompanied by a Youtube series. A preview of the series was released along with a commercial for the toys:
At Toy Fair 2025 Hasbro revealed two upcoming figures: Age of the Primes Excellion and Sideways based on the characters from the Cybertron cartoon. As Toy Fair 2025 began, Collider posted an article introducing the online world to the upcoming Transformers toy line known as "Cyberworld"! "Cyberworld" is the new kid-focused Transformers line debuting in 2025. The toy line focuses on cross-compatibility between figures and simple transformations featuring new interpretations of past characters including Optimus Prime, Elita-1, Scorponok and Galvatron! Hasbro is continuing its reissues of figures from previous years. The latest two chosen are Siege Prowl and Earthrise Trailbreaker! Siege Prowl may be a surprise to some as it is the Earthrise version that is most sought after given its very limited release. However, I speculate they may want to save that for a different reissue of the entire two pack with both Prowl and Ironhide.
