Age of the Primes

Created by Primus as one of the original Thirteen, Megatronus was considered one of the most powerful warriors among the Primes.   Across many universes his fate is often a dark one.  In some timelines he would betray Primus to serve Unicron while in others he would be betrayed by others and inspire the creation of the Decepticons!  Check out my review and gallery of Age of the Primes Megatronus (aka The Fallen)!

As a follow up to yesterday's Age of the Primes reveals, Daim Choc on Facebook has posted stock images of an upcoming Age of the Primes set featuring Generation 2 inspired versions of Dinobots Slug and Snarl!  Back in the early 90's, several G1 Dinobot toys were released as part of Generation 2 including Dinobots in new colors.  Slug pays homage to the red Slag figure while Snarl is green.  No release information yet so for now check out the images below:

Today Hasbro released pre-orders for a previously unannounced Age of the Primes 4-Pack!  Taking the place of previous Buzzworthy Bumblebee multi-packs, this 4-Pack is labeled as an Age of the Primes 4-Pack without the now defunct "Buzzworthy" name.  The multi-pack contains some fun choices:
