This past week Hasbro Pulse surprised Transformers fans when they revealed reissues of the special edition "Golden Lagoon" Transformers figures.  These were based on the Generation One episode of the same name.  Taking an eclectic assortment of figures, Takara Tomy had given them all gold decos featuring a mixture of gold parts and vacuum metallized gold.  These were a rather limited set of figures and most fans just moved on after their initial release.  Then came last week when Hasbro Pulse posted several listings for their own versions of these "Golden Lagoon"

Thanks to a partnership between the awesome Ozformers and Hasbro Australia we have an official reveal of "Studio Series" Starscream!  Why is this a big deal?  There have already been a couple "Studio Series" Starscreams, right?  Well yes, but this is the first figure based on his appearance in the "Bumblebee" Movie!  Unlike the design seen in the earlier live action films, this one is more heavily based on the character's G1 appearance.

The Official Transformers Facebook Page added a new reveal today - the Generations War for Cybertron Galactic Odyssey Collection Dominus Criminal Pursuit 2-Pack! This two pack features a redeco of Earthrise Smokescreen as Barricade and a reissue of the Generations Punch/Counterpunch figure! You can pre-order this set now on Amazon. This set is $39.99 and due for release on March 1, 2021.

During Hasbro Pulsecon it was revealed that the Autobot Clones would be released in a two pack as part of the "Galactic Odyssey" campaign of exclusives on Amazon.com.  These figures have been released before, but this is the first time they have been bundled together outside of Japan.  Also, Hasbro pointed out that this set features a new deco influenced by their animated appearance.

Last year's Transformers x Ghostbusters crossover was extremely successful and popular among fans of both franchises. Now Hasbro has announced another collaboration crossing over the popular Back to the Future franchise with Transformers! Initial pre-orders of this figure's "1984" edition sold out on day one (causing quite a stir among fans) but more pre-orders are scheduled to go up in the Fall for the "regular" edition.
