This Titan's alt-mode is modeled after the Battersea shopping center itself with the robot mode taking inspiration from past Titans like Metroplex. This is not a reveal of a new action figure but instead it is intended to be more of a mascot for this store and its historical location. Along with this reveal Hasbro launched merchandise featuring the character.
