After an unofficial leak weeks ago, Amazon Japan has officially listed the Takara Tomy collaboration between the Monster Hunter and Transformers brands: Liolaeus Prime! This figure transforms from a Rathalos from Monster Hunter to an Optimus Prime inspired robot. It appears the figure is a redeco and retool of the Rise of the Beasts Airazor figure with brand new accessories! There is no word if this figure will be available outside Japan at this time, but it's early days yet. Amazon Japan lists the figure for 49.29 USD) with a ship date of July 26, 2025. Optimus Prime transforms from "Monster Mode" to "Robot Mode" in the Rioleus mochief. Monster Mode features movable head, neck, wings, legs, and mouth opening and closing In robot mode, you can equip the sword and shield and combine it to transform into a large axe. Comes with a collaborative matrix for storage in the torso.
