Back in early October Hasbro announced that the Transformers would (once again) be joining the ranks of creatures you can cast in the Magic: The Gathering collectible card game. These cards will be part of the upcoming The Brothers' War expansion set to release on November 18, 2022. Until then, here are some highlights of the cards and a gallery below of the cards you can collect!

Transformers cards use the set code "BOT" and feature their own set symbol. These cards aren't Standard legal, but can be played in Commander, Legacy, and Vintage.

Most characters will have both a "standard" version (based on the G1 cartoon style) and a Shattered Glass version.

Each card is double faced, with the ability to
transformconvert the character from one form to its alt mode. -
All Transformers cards are found in both foil and non-foil versions and can appear in The Brothers' War Set and Collector Boosters.

Shattered Glass versions of the characters will only be in The Brothers' War Collector Boosters.

There will be no Shattered Glass version of Arcee, Sharpshooter // Arcee, Acrobatic Coupe.
