SKYBOUND ANNOUNCES THE TRANSFORMERS COMPENDIUM SET KICKSTARTER
The Definitive Hardcover Collections Will Launch in a Campaign Beginning April 8
LOS ANGELES 03/05/2025 — TRANSFORMERS fans, roll out! Today Skybound, in collaboration with leading games, IP and toy company Hasbro, announced a campaign for the Kickstarter-exclusive THE TRANSFORMERS Compendium Set, which will collect the complete US and UK stories from the 1980s THE TRANSFORMERS Marvel Comics run in definitive hardcover compendiums. Fans can sign up for the mailing list now to receive all campaign details and updates ahead of its launch on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at 6 a.m. PT.

Lovingly bound in gorgeous faux leather, each THE TRANSFORMERS compendium is between 950 and 1,200 pages. Longtime and new fans alike can expect to relive the classic stories that started it all for the Robots in Disguise in editions that will not be available anywhere else.

Fans can enjoy eight total books, including the two U.S. and two U.K. compendium sets, and exclusive THE TRANSFORMERS: Til All Are One Definitive Edition Box Set, which intercuts the U.S. and U.K. runs into the most seamless and comprehensive reading experience yet. This edition houses the complete run of hardcovers in a deluxe collector’s box with new art from current TRANSFORMERS series cover artist and comics megastar Daniel Warren Johnson.

The campaign will also include pledge levels for signed editions by Simon Furman, the most prolific TRANSFORMERS comic book writer of all time and a major force in these stories.
Campaign rewards will include 1980s-style tech spec cards, a challenge coin featuring Autobot and Decepticon shields, patches, exclusive comics, and additional stretch goals to unlock as the campaign progresses.
Previous Skybound campaign backers and early mailing list members will receive a free Jetfire tech spec card when they back the campaign.
