The folks at Vice Press have announced that they will be selling an extremely limited run of remastered posters from the 1986 animated Transformers film! From their web site:
In collaboration with Moor Art Gallery, on the 24th of August we will be releasing two fine art posters featuring the artwork from the original The Transformers: The Movie theatrical UK quad poster and the original Japanese theatrical poster. The UK Quad art will be 24x36 inches in size and limited to an edition of 200, with the Japanese Editions piece being released as part of our Editions range with each print limited to an edition of 2000 that is A2 in size. That’s roughly 16.5 x 23.4 inches.
Both posters will be available Thursday, August 24th at 6pm UK time, that’s 1pm EST and 10am PST (US). The Original UK Quad Art poster will cost £39.99 (Approx $55) and is limited to 200 copies. The Japanese Key Art is priced at £29.99 (Approx $40) and is limited to 2000 pieces.
